Terrific! I called Greg this morning to report that our A/C wasn’t working. He said he would squeeze me in between calls this morning. As before when he came to give a 2nd opinion on our heating system, he was competent, polite, and completely professional. He did the work quickly and was gone within 30 minutes. What Greg didn’t do was pressure me to buy a new A/C unit, which my former HVAC company does. I am so happy to have such a trustworthy company for HVAC maintenance. Great. We used them in the past. They've been right on time. They take care of things quickly. If there are any issues they explain it nicely. Whenever they found an issue they would actually present the part that was problematic which is always good to see and then they'd take care of it. There was a part that was faulty that they replaced. That was around $100.

Everything went well. This is the 2nd time that we've had Best Air out to service our heating and air. We called this time after purchasing a new house and wanted someone to inspect our furnace and air units. We called Best, spoke to the owner and was able to settle on a date the same week. Greg showed up on time and went to work. After about an hour and a half he said everything looked fine and that we should see an improvement on our bill since both the furnace and AC unit were much newer and more efficient than what we had at our old house. He emailed us a detailed copy of his report the next day. I would recommend.

The technician conducted an extremely thorough inspection of the residential HVAC and furnace for a pre-purchase home inspection. This was well worth the cost to have a second opinion from a home inspector. The inspector assessed the operating conditions of the compressor, the condenser coil, the refrigerant, the fan and motor, the evaporator coil, condensate areas, air filters, heating assembly, the thermostat, and supporting electrical components. The inspector was extremely courteous and provided the buyer with useful information related to maintaining these systems. The inspector also provided the buyer with important information related to the current condition of the machines so the buyer could negotiate with the seller. I recommend Best Air Heating and Cooling for inspections of residential HVAC and furnaces.
